Pritchard serves as a Present for the Salvage Hunters Series. He happens to be one of the UK’s best-known antique dealers. In the Series Salvage Hunters, he is pursuing a lifelong talent for rescuing and restoring rare items. He is also a real-life treasure hunter.

Drew has been dealing in architectural salvage and antiques for over 33 years and was previously working as a stained glass restorer and designer. Pritchard spent about 26 years working as an independent dealer from his base in North Wales.

For him, his business is driven by passion, a fascination with mixing items from different periods, and an innate knowledge of antiques. From this, he has been privileged to earn a loyal client base of private individuals, and interior decorators. The Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars was born from his lifelong fascination for cars and motorbikes. Aside from this, he set up DP Classics and began buying and selling cars both as a hobby and business in the year 1987. This led him to own over a hundred Air-Cooled Volkswagen and Porsches over the years.

This is in addition to buying and selling cars and antiques. Aside from this, he campaigns his 1958 Beetle in the HRDC Series and has had the car featured extensively in Octane Magazine. He is now restoring his 1952 Sunroof Volkswagen Beetle, his 1967 911 Porsche, and a brace of Vespas.

Pritchard was placed on “Pubwatch” in the year 2018 meaning he is banned from every public house in his hometown of Conwy indefinitely. He states that he buys what he likes and has been dealing independently since the year 1993. Drew has trained as a stained glass restorer and designer.
