Prior to that, she served as anchor/reporter at WUFT-TV, the PBS affiliate owned by the University of Florida. She’s a proud graduate of the University of Florida and holds degrees in telecommunications with a specialization in the news (Cum Laude) and political science (Cum Laude).
Marina loves politics and she has covered the state senate coup in Albany. She majored in Telecommunications and Political Science. My last semester at UF is when the earthquake in Haiti happened.
She has covered the trial gavel to gavel for Univision Network, as well as the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa. Just as the George Zimmerman trial was about to get underway in Sanford, she took a job at WESH-TV where I covered portions of the trial.
